Please Note: Windshield Defense CANNOT guarantee that orders, shipping address or payment info can be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are subject to a processing period prior to shipment. Standard shipping orders take 2-3 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped out of our warehouse. Shipping charge includes Windshield Defense order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling.
Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional costs, but are our best approximation. Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CT) are processed the next business day.

Orders placed on Friday’s after 12:00 PM (CT), weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day
Shipping Fees

Complimentary Standard Shipping: All Windshield Defense orders currently benefit from free standard shipping within the continental United States.

Rate Selection: At checkout, customers may be presented with multiple delivery options (e.g., Standard, Expedited, or Priority). If you choose a paid shipping method, the selected rate will apply regardless of any free standard shipping promotions.

Promotions & Exclusions: Complimentary shipping is subject to change and may not always be available during certain promotions, sales events, or product-specific campaigns. Any such changes will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Non-Standard Deliveries: Free shipping does not apply to oversized freight, custom orders, or deliveries outside the continental United States. Additional shipping charges may apply in these cases.

APO/FPO & P.O. Boxes: Standard shipping is not available for APO, FPO, or P.O. Box addresses. Please select an eligible service if shipping to these destinations.
Transit & Delivery
Once shipped from the Windshield Defense Warehouse, estimated delivery times are typically 2–7 business days, depending on the shipping speed selection, destination and carrier performance.

Carriers & Tracking
All shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. Windshield Defense uses trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Windshield Defense is not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 2-3 business days to process the order prior to shopping and we cannot be held liable for carrier guarantees. If your item is delayed or appears to have been delivered to the wrong address, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if a carrier fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, returned or lost shipments caused by incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a small timeframe to change your address. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us here as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we can do so. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
All shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
