Windshield Defense Strength Challenge – Official Rules

No Purchase Necessary.

The “Windshield Defense Strength Challenge” (the “Challenge”) is hosted by Windshield Defense, LLC (“Sponsor”). By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules.

1. Eligibility:

• The Challenge is open to residents of the United States.
• Participants must be 16 years or older to participate in the adult categories (Men and Women).
• Participants under the age of 16 may participate in the “Under 16” category with the approval of a parent or legal guardian.
• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Windshield Defense, LLC are not eligible to participate.

2. Challenge Categories:

• Men Over 16
• Women Over 16
• Under 16 (Parent/Guardian consent required for participation)

3. Challenge Dates:

The “Windshield Defense Strength Challenge” will take place during various events hosted by Windshield Defense. Each individual event will have its own set of dates and times. The Challenge will conclude at the end of each individual event, with winners announced at the conclusion of that event.

The specific dates and events are as follows:

• Jeep Beach: April 18, 2025 – April 27, 2025
• Easter Jeep Safari: April 12, 2025 – April 20, 2025
• Smokey Mountain Jeep Invasion: August 21, 2025 – August 23, 2025

Participants must ensure they are aware of the dates and times for the specific event they are attending.

4. How to Enter:

• Participants must sign up at the event location and agree to the terms of the Waiver and Release of Liability.
• Participation is free of charge. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Challenge Details:

The “Windshield Defense Strength Challenge” is a grip strength competition. Each participant will attempt to hold a specific object for as long as possible. The winner of each category will be determined by the longest time held.

6. Prizes:

• Daily Prizes: One winner will be selected from each category (Men, Women, Under 16) each day during the event. Winners will receive a Windshield Defense Kit.
• Grand Prize: A grand prize winner will be selected randomly from all participants at the end of the event. The grand prize will be [describe grand prize, if applicable].

7. Winner Notification:

• Daily winners will be announced at the end of each day at the event and on official social media platforms. Grand Prize winner will be drawn at random from all entries and notified via email/phone.

8. Additional Terms:

• Windshield Defense reserves the right to modify or cancel the Challenge at any time without prior notice, if necessary.
• All participants must comply with event safety rules and the instructions of event staff.
• The Challenge is void where prohibited by law.
• By entering the Challenge, participants grant Windshield Defense permission to use their name, likeness, and image for promotional purposes without compensation.

9. Liability Release:

By participating, each entrant agrees to release Windshield Defense, its affiliates, agents, and event organizers from any liability arising out of or relating to participation in the Challenge or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Entrants also agree to indemnify Windshield Defense from any third-party claims arising out of participation in the Challenge.

10. Parental/Guardian Consent (Under 16):

Participants under the age of 16 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in the challenge. By signing the waiver, the parent/guardian agrees to these terms and conditions.

11. Governing Law:

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of [State] without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Agreement to Official Rules:

By participating in the “Windshield Defense Strength Challenge,” participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

13. Use of Participant Information:

By entering the “Windshield Defense Strength Challenge,” participants agree to provide accurate contact information, including name, email address, and phone number. Participants grant Windshield Defense, LLC the right to use the information provided for marketing purposes, including but not limited to promotional communications, email marketing, and social media engagement. Additionally, Windshield Defense reserves the right to contact participants regarding the contest, prize notifications, and future events.

Participants may opt-out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such communications or by contacting Windshield Defense directly.

14. Photo Release for Social Media Use:

By participating in the “Windshield Defense Strength Challenge,” participants grant Windshield Defense, LLC permission to take and use photographs, videos, and/or other recordings of their participation in the Challenge, including their name, image, voice, and likeness (collectively, the “Content”).

Participants acknowledge that the Content may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media platforms, websites, advertising, and marketing materials, without further compensation or approval.

Windshield Defense, LLC reserves the right to post, share, and use the Content across various social media channels (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube) to promote the Challenge, its products, and future events.

If you do not wish for your image or likeness to be used, please notify event staff before participating.

Waiver and Release of Liability

Windshield Defense Strength Challenge – Waiver and Release of Liability

By participating in the “Windshield Defense Strength Challenge,” I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.       Voluntary Participation

I understand that my participation in the “Windshield Defense Strength Challenge” is entirely voluntary.

2.       Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in physical activities such as grip strength challenges carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, discomfort, or unforeseen medical conditions. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and understand that RO Technologies, LLC (doing business as Windshield Defense) makes no guarantees regarding my ability to complete the challenge safely.

3.       Release of Liability

By clicking “I Agree,” I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, and personal representatives, hereby release and discharge RO Technologies, LLC, its officers, directors, members, employees, affiliates, agents, sponsors, and event organizers (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation in the challenge. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, death, or property damage, regardless of cause, including negligence.

4.       Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RO Technologies, LLC and the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action, including legal fees and costs, arising out of or related to my participation in the challenge. This includes claims made by third parties who may be affected by my participation.

5.       Fitness to Participate

I confirm that I am in good physical condition and capable of safely participating in the challenge. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult a medical professional if I have any concerns about my physical condition. If I am under the age of 16, I confirm that I have obtained parental or legal guardian consent.

6.       Emergency Medical Care

In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I consent to the administration of first aid and emergency medical services. I acknowledge that RO Technologies, LLC does not assume any responsibility for medical treatment and that I am responsible for any associated costs.

7.       Parental/Guardian Approval (for Participants Under 16)

If I am under 16 years of age, I confirm that my parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to the terms of this waiver and has provided consent for my participation.

8.       Photo/Video Release

I grant RO Technologies, LLC permission to capture and use my image, likeness, and/or voice in photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional, marketing, or advertising purposes, without compensation.

9.       Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising from this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada. By participating in this challenge, I agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to venue.

10.   Severability

If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.   Acknowledgment of Understanding

By clicking “I Agree,” I confirm that I have read, fully understand, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver and release of liability. I understand that I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue, and that this agreement is legally binding on me, my heirs, and my legal representatives.
